Description
The HOPE RX4+ Flat Mount (+20) Mineral hydraulic brake calliper has been designed by the British brand to be paired with a Shimano/Campagnolo road brake lever. It is intended for Flat Mount 34 mm front or rear fitting, and is designed to be fitted to a classic road bike or a cyclocross bike with a front thru-axle and a 180 mm disc, or Flat Mount rear for a 160 mm or 180 mm disc depending on the frame dimensions (check compatibility beforehand).
Thanks to its 4-piston system, it delivers powerful and safe braking. This calliper benefits from a rigid monoblock construction that transmits braking force very efficiently, with no poor feedback at the lever.
The RX4+ SL (2026) features a narrower bore cap, inspired by the GR4 and TR4 models, reducing the width of the calliper and improving compatibility with more frames. It also integrates the bleed nipple from the RX2, making bleeding simpler and cleaner. These targeted improvements make the RX4+ SL more user-friendly, while retaining the performance and reliability expected of RX4+ brakes.
