The variable-density EPS foam thickness is directly fused to the polycarbonate outer shell using the in-mold process, which keeps the overall weight down. A polycarbonate inner skeleton is even integrated into the EPS material to increase its impact resistance. In this version, the Sixer helmet also benefits from Mips technology (Multi-directional impact protection system), which helps to better disperse the forces from oblique impacts.

This BELL Sixer helmet features some of the best technologies devised by the American brand to improve the comfort of the mountain biker on the trail, such as the Float Fit adjustment system and the Sweat Guide front padding.
