Description

The BAOUW BIO Banana-Vanilla energy gel (85g) offers a healthy and indulgent alternative for intense efforts. It combines the sweetness of banana with the richness of Bourbon vanilla, balanced by agave syrup with a low GI (15) and extra virgin olive oil for progressive and lasting energy.

100% organic, rich in fruit, this gel provides natural carbohydrates without a glycaemic spike, as well as essential micronutrients (calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium). Its fluid, non-sticky texture avoids the unpleasantness of conventional gels. Its resealable pouch allows consumption in several takes, or diluted in 500 ml of water to make an energy drink.

Unlike ultra-processed gels, Baouw bets on naturalness without compromising on performance. The result: an effective, healthy gel with a genuine fruit flavour, free from any chemical aftertaste.
