The BAOUW ISOTONIC Energy Drink (45 g) Savoury Broth is made for long efforts when you’ve had enough of sweet flavours. Made with ginger, organic cane sugar and salt, this savoury isotonic drink provides 37 g of carbohydrates per sachet to meet your energy needs.

Its formula contains 990 mg of sodium to replace what you lose through sweat, 1,000 mg of BCAAs, taurine and glutamine. The 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio and organic cassava maltodextrin help make it easy to digest. It contains no colourings or preservatives.

Ideal for alternating with a sweet drink during trail running, cycling or triathlon, it simply mixes with 500 ml of water at a rate of one sachet per hour.

Directions: Mix 1 sachet per hour with 500 ml of water to meet standard carbohydrate needs (~37 g; recommended isotonic dilution). Use ½ sachet for a hypotonic dilution (~20 g of carbohydrates), ideal in hot weather or if you drink a lot. Pour some water into your bottle first, add the powder, top up with water and shake.
