The company founded in 2009 by Jim and Scott Liggett, in Boulder, Colorado (United States), launched the Stages Cycling brand in 2012. It is dedicated to the development of electronic components to measure the power of cyclists of all levels and backgrounds. The power meters from the brand are lightweight, accurate and the first to use both Bluetooth and ANT+ technology. They are compatible with aluminium and carbon cranks. They integrate seamlessly with both outdoor and indoor bikes. This American brand also produces bike home trainers and smart trainers that are highly advanced in terms of performance analysis. In 2015, it launched its first studio bikes with direct power measurement, SprintShift resistance lever, StagesFit adjustments and battery-free consoles. Stages Cycling has gone beyond its sensors renowned for their quality. It has now ventured into the manufacture of GPS bike computers to offer a complete ecosystem. Elevation gain, progress, speed, duration, distance, cadence, heart rate… In addition to their training function, these GPS bike computers pack in all the features found among the competition. Colour screens allow the displayed data to be viewed clearly. The screen can be read in landscape or portrait mode thanks to the preconfigured functions.
