The DT SWISS HXC 1200 SPLINE wheelset has been designed to meet the specific demands of modern E-Bikes. Its latest-generation carbon structure combines light weight and strength to absorb the high stresses associated with motor torque and rough terrain. Thanks to an exclusive PURE CARBON maximum carbon layer compression process, DT Swiss achieves a particularly robust rim while keeping weight to a minimum. The asymmetric rim geometry balances spoke tensions and improves the longevity of the build.

This wheel features a Hookless Tubeless TSS rim with 30 mm internal width, perfectly suited to the wide tyres used in e-MTB. This configuration optimises tyre stability, improves grip and enhances control on technical sections. Each rim also benefits from layer-by-layer quality control, ensuring a high level of finish and maximum reliability from the point of manufacture.

The DT Swiss 180 hub incorporates the Ratchet EXP OS 42 freehub system, specifically developed for electric bikes.
