Description
Developed and tested in collaboration with Greg Minnaar, the MAXXIS Assegai 27.5x2.60" tyre Exo takes its name from a spear used by the Zulu people of South Africa. It is therefore the perfect weapon for tackling the mountains.
Designed to maximise traction, this tyre has large-block side knobs that provide excellent grip over roots. Its Dual Compound rubber and the orientation of its knobs improve both rolling efficiency and braking performance.
In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be fitted with or without an inner tube, the tyre also features an Exo casing at the sidewalls for increased protection against abrasion and tears.
