DT Swiss E 593 29" 30 mm Rim

What do I need to set up this rim Tubeless (without an inner tube)? To complete your Tubeless Ready setup, you will need to apply a specific waterproof adhesive rim tape with a recommended width of 32 mm (to perfectly cover the 30 mm internal channel), fit a Presta-type Tubeless valve, and use tubeless sealant.

What is the recommended tyre size for this rim? Thanks to its 30 mm internal width, the E 593 rim is optimised for tyre sections between 1.85" and 3.50" (i.e. a tyre width of 47 mm to 89 mm). It allows you to make full use of the volume of modern enduro tyres in 2.40" or 2.50" sizes.

Can I use this rim to replace the one on my electric mountain bike? Yes, absolutely. DT Swiss has tested and approved this model for use on e-MTBs (electrically assisted bicycles) with a maximum power output of 250 W and assistance limited to 32 km/h, thanks to its reinforced structure and high spoke tension resistance (up to 1200 N).
