Description
The DMR DEFY50 Rise 5mm Gold stem is a CNC-machined stem with a 50 mm reach, designed for modern-geometry trail, all-mountain and dirt mountain bikes. It raises the handlebar by 8.1 mm (centre to centre).
It is made from 6061 aluminium, with a top-close handlebar clamp and a wide clamping surface to keep the handlebar secure. Its internal clamp creates a smooth, rounded back that prevents your knees from hitting the bolts. The body has been slimmed down to save 40 g without reducing the handlebar clamping width.
The vapour blast finish gives it a very smooth matt appearance. It is available for two handlebar clamp diameters: 31.8 mm and 35 mm. A steerer top cap is included.
