CUSHCORE PRO Tyre Insert

The CUSH CORE PRO Tyre Insert represents an innovative solution that is as reliable, durable and high-performing as it is quick and easy to install, for Trail MTB, All Mountain MTB, Enduro or DH.

Designed to be used with a Tubeless Ready rim and tyre, this product allows you to ride at very low pressures for optimal traction and grip, while maintaining an excellent level of efficiency and maximum puncture protection.

This foam provides total comfort by absorbing almost all impacts and considerably reducing vibrations, without altering tyre behaviour or its efficiency. Reliability is also assured since this system, in addition to eliminating pinch flats, greatly reduces the risk of tyre rolloff.

Taking only a few seconds to install, this foam occupies 50% of the tyre volume and acts as a damper, while the remaining 50% of volume in the form of air acts as a spring, which you can adjust according to your build, riding style and/or terrain.

As with a Tubeless Ready tyre, it is recommended to use sealant to prevent thorn punctures and ensure a perfect seal.

This foam is available in a version for 29-inch tyres, with a section between 2.10" and 2.60" and an internal rim width of 22 to 35 mm.

It is also available in a version for 27.5-inch tyres with a section between 1.80" and 2.40" and an internal rim width of 22 to 32 mm.

A 44 mm Presta valve is included.
