Campagnolo – Pioneer in drivetrain development

Campagnolo was founded in 1933 by Italian rider Tullio Campagnolo. Eager to improve his own bike, the rider invented the rod derailleur before commercialising it in 1947 and offering it to the great names in cycling such as Bartali and Coppi. From 1950, the Italian brand developed its first parallelogram derailleur before launching, a few years later, for the first time in history a complete groupset with the Campagnolo Record!

Campagnolo – A leader in spare parts

The Campagnolo brand today offers a whole range of groupsets suited to every budget in the fields of  road bike, gravel, triathlon, and cyclo-cross or track. The components of the brand's famous electronic groupsets (EPS Chorus, EPS Record and EPS Super Record) are thus presented alongside the traditional complete groupsets (Xenon, Veloce, Athena...)! On our website, Campagnolo offers complete groupsets and drivetrain components (cranksets, derailleurs, levers...) as spare parts, to meet the individual needs of every rider! Campagnolo on Probikeshop also means a wide range of bike wheels and cycling clothing with designs characteristic of the Italian brand.

Campagnolo – Between expertise and innovation

Campagnolo stands out for its history, its expertise and the design of its products, but also for the advances it has brought to the world of cycling. In keeping with the innovations introduced by its founder, the Italian brand contributed throughout its history to the improvement of performance. Lenticular wheels (Ghibli), deep-section rims (Shamal), the use of carbon on virtually all of its components such as certain models of road crankset, the firm was also the first to offer a 10-speed and then 11-speed system on its Record groupset, available on Probikeshop!
