Unlike other brands that stick to traditional box-section rim designs, Zipp's engineers took an innovative approach inspired by motorsport. Zipp's Moto technology single-wall carbon rim represents the ideal solution for enduro/trail wheels. This rim offers what the brand calls "ankle compliance". Just like a runner whose ankle flexes naturally to maintain grip in corners, the 3ZERO rim can deform locally to remain parallel to the ground, thus increasing traction. Furthermore, the Zipp ZM1 hub delivers reliable precision performance on the most challenging trails.

This ability to twist locally also allows the rim to deflect upon impacts on a single bead, without the rider losing control. The 3ZERO MOTO helps riders take the most direct routes, saving precious seconds where they matter most.
