"Smooth and ultra-fast shifting—a great shifter when used with an SRAM X5 rear derailleur. However, they have a flaw: I’ve lost the rear shifter (the one used to shift down) twice now because it comes loose on its own. I suppose in both cases it’s due to either a fall or wear and tear (the first time it was 7 years old on a Specialized Rockhopper Comp, the second time after two years on my son’s Decathlon ST560, which must have fallen because of the scratches)."
"It does the job perfectly, running smoothly (better than my old X9) and with precision, all for a reasonable price."
"Good value for money, easy to assemble and adjust"
"Bought it a few days ago. Great product. Great value for the money."
"The products are as described. I had to go to the SRAM website to find the installation instructions. You have to remove the shifters and brakes to be able to take off the shifter."
"Received at the pickup point the day after I placed the order! Great job, Probike!"
"I bought a rear derailleur. I found one just like my old one at a really affordable price. Fast shipping and easy to install. Very satisfied."
"I bought this product without knowing much about it. It looked really good, but unfortunately it didn't last very long—only three months. Sure, it's the cheapest option, but I recommend spending a little more for better value."
