The left paddle for SRAM Red E-Tap lever AXS is an essential component of the electronic transmission system developed by the American brand. It is connected to all E-Tap components via the AXS wireless protocol, which now allows you to monitor battery status, set up maintenance and update alerts, as well as modify component behaviour and customise their control. And all of this, from your smartphone, directly through the AXS app!

In many respects, it retains the ingredients that made the mechanical Red lever a success, with a carbon ErgoBlade brake lever and a plastic gear shifter. For optimal comfort, the lever reach is adjustable. Perfectly ergonomic, this model ensures a comfortable and very reassuring grip at the hoods thanks to the ErgoFit texture.

Beyond that, the Red E-Tap AXS lever introduces major innovations to make gear shifting ever more intuitive: a single press on the left paddle shifts the chain up one sprocket on the cassette, while a long press shifts several at once. Pressing both the right and left levers simultaneously changes the chain position on the chainrings.
