Description

The SRAM Code RSC front brake here in its Rainbow version is the most powerful offered by the American manufacturer! Delivering a power gain estimated at 15% compared to the Guide, it is highly suited to aggressive MTB riding. It can also be an excellent fit for an e-MTB, whose greater weight demands a highly effective braking system.

Forged in aluminium, the Code RSC caliper houses 4 pistons of 15 and 16 mm in diameter, even wider than those of the Guide. It benefits from Heat Shield technology, which reduces heat transfer from the pad to the caliper body during braking, for ever more effective management of high temperatures. The caliper is also compatible with the Bleeding Edge kit, which makes hydraulic circuit bleeding operations easier.

The lever, compatible with the Matchmaker X system, features tool-free reach adjustment and allows the contact point with the pads to be set. Above all, it is equipped with the Swing Link, which helps eliminate the dead zone in braking while preserving modulation, delivering a precise, powerful yet progressive feel.
