This SRAM/AVID BB7 Road cable mechanical disc brake is ideal for cyclists looking for a lightweight and high-performance brake.
 
Just like the BB5, it offers a feel very close to rim brakes thanks to its cable-actuated design (saving you from having to change your brake levers!) and delivers very high-quality braking in all weather conditions! Its advantage over its smaller sibling is that it is much lighter and offers a durable and attractive anodised finish. It also features the Tri-Align Caliper Positioning System technology, which allows you to install your calliper perfectly aligned with your rotor in very little time.
