Highlights

  • Total Protection (Zero Contact): The seat never touches the frame. Ideal for preserving the paintwork and integrity of carbon and aluminium frames.
  • Absolute E-MTB Compatibility: As it does not straddle the down tube, it fits all electric bikes, even those with the largest batteries.
  • 30-Second Installation: Thanks to the Quick-Release systems on the saddle and handlebar, the equipment is removed instantly for your solo sessions.
  • Easy Sharing: Comes with two headset spacers to fit two different bikes and switch the combo from one to the other without tools.
  • Pro Cockpit: The 355 mm handlebar offers maximum stability for the child on steep trails.

Description

The Combo Shotgun Pro is the best solution for riding with your child. This pack includes the Shotgun Pro Saddle and the Pro Handlebar, offering a complete solution that is ultra-quick to install and, above all, with no contact with the frame of your bike.

Unlike other models, the Pro saddle mounts between your headset and your seatpost, resting on a telescopic rail. This means no pressure is exerted on your tubes, making it the number one choice for fragile carbon frames and heavy e-MTBs. With its wide 355 mm handlebar featuring a quick-release mount, your child has a cockpit worthy of a pro. It is the "haute couture" pack from Kids Ride Shotgun.

Is the initial installation complicated? The initial setup requires replacing a spacer under your stem with the Shotgun spacer (included). Once this 5-minute step is done, the saddle clips and unclips in the blink of an eye.

My bike has a very wide 35 mm handlebar — does it fit? Yes, that is precisely the Pro Handlebar's speciality. It is designed for modern downhill and enduro MTB standards.

Does it interfere with the use of my dropper seatpost? Not at all. The rear mount is designed to let the mechanism operate freely. You can drop your saddle on descents with the child on board without any issue.
