Is it compatible with 35 mm handlebars (enduro/DH standard)? Yes, it comes with all the necessary adapter rings to cover the three current handlebar diameter standards (25.4, 31.8 and 35 mm).
Will it damage my carbon handlebar? No, the clamps are entirely lined with protective rubber. There is no metal-on-metal contact, which preserves the integrity and appearance of your handlebar.
