ERGON SC CORE PRIME S/M FeC Steel Rails Saddle

The ERGON SC Core Prime saddle for men is a very comfortable model offered by the German brand, suitable for urban cycling on muscle-powered or electric bikes. It is available here in size S/M, which will suit riders whose sit bone width is between 9 and 12 cm.

To reduce pressure on the genital area, which is the primary cause of discomfort for cyclists, this saddle features a wide central cut-out to relieve the most sensitive areas. The fairly wide nose forms a large V-shape from the rear of the saddle, providing a wide area of support around the opening. It is also more raised at the rear for greater stability when climbing.

This saddle stands out through the combination of a hollowed decompression central channel with Core 3D technology, to maximally relieve the perineal area by transferring load to the sit bones and pubic arch. Most notably, it uses an innovative padding Infinergy®, made up of thousands of foam particles, for maximum shock absorption and which immediately returns to its original shape. The saddle has the ability to adapt to all pelvic movements during pedalling, which considerably improves comfort.

In this version, the SC saddle is built around a dual nylon shell mounted on robust steel rails. It is also covered with a microfibre coating.
