Description
The Kärcher FJ 24 Handheld is a pocket foam cannon that makes it easy to apply detergent to any surface to be cleaned. Designed specifically for the range of portable medium pressure washers (KHB and OC 6-18), it mixes water, air and your shampoo to generate a rich, thick and ultra-adhering foam.
Ideal for washing cars, motorcycles, bikes or garden furniture, this foam cannon allows the detergent to dwell on the surface rather than running off immediately. The cleaning agent thus has all the time it needs to encapsulate and dissolve road film, grease or stubborn dirt. Its transparent 0.3 litre tank lets you monitor your detergent consumption at a glance.
What type of detergent or soap can I put in the tank? You can use any shampoo designed for vehicle washing (car shampoo, bike cleaner, motorcycle shampoo) or universal detergents for outdoor surfaces. For the densest possible foam, choose products specially formulated for "snow foam" (Snow Foam).
Is this foam cannon compatible with outdoor high pressure washers (K 2 to K 7 range)? No. The connectors on the medium pressure range (KHB / OC 6-18) are smaller and designed differently. For high pressure models in the "K" range, you will need to look at the Kärcher FJ 6 or FJ 10 C foam cannon models.
How do you clean the foam cannon after use to prevent it from becoming blocked? After each use, it is strongly advisable to empty any remaining detergent, fill the bottle with clean water and spray for 15 to 20 seconds. This simple rinse removes dried soap residue from inside the foam nozzle and prevents the small internal channels from becoming blocked.
