GIRO HELIOS MIPS SPHERICAL Road Helmet Blue

The GIRO Helios Spherical helmet is the new model Road from the brand. It is a very high-end model designed for the most demanding cyclists seeking optimal protection and maximum comfort during racing. With its very aggressive look, this helmet perfectly meets the expectations of top-level athletes: excellent protection, optimised ventilation and aerodynamic design. 

Equipped with the new Mips Spherical technology — an evolution of the original Mips protection membrane adopted in recent years by most cycle helmet manufacturers — this model also features 2 layers of EPS foam of different densities bonded together by elastomer attachments, allowing them to rotate independently of one another, thus guaranteeing optimal comfort and ventilation. 

The helmet is constructed with several polycarbonate pieces directly fused (in-mould) to the outer layer of absorbent foam. It integrates a highly resistant arch at the top, which reinforces the overall structure. Thanks to the shell openings and integrated ventilation channels that optimise airflow, it offers a high level of comfort for the cyclist, particularly in warm weather. This design also improves aerodynamics!

The Roc Loc 5-Plus adjustment system fitted to this model provides ergonomic and highly precise adjustment. Its ultra-lightweight straps and two rubber adhesive pads keep the glasses in place on the front section.
