GIRO ECLIPSE MIPS SPHERICAL Road Helmet White/Grey

The GIRO Eclipse Spherical Road Helmet is the brand's newest addition. It is the new benchmark on the Road as it integrates ultra-safe technologies while maintaining excellent comfort. It perfectly meets the expectations of high-level athletes with its aerodynamic properties.

Equipped with the new Mips Spherical technology — an evolution of the first Mips protection membrane adopted in recent years by most bicycle helmet manufacturers — this model also features 2 layers of EPS foam of different densities linked together by elastomer attachments, allowing independent rotational movement between them, thus guaranteeing optimal comfort and ventilation through its 14 Wind Tunnel vents that allow airflow to be distributed throughout the helmet for optimal ventilation.

The helmet is constructed with several polycarbonate pieces directly fused (in-mold) to the outer thickness of absorbing foam. It integrates a highly resistant arch at its crown, which reinforces the overall structure. Thanks to the shell openings and integrated ventilation channels that optimise airflow, it offers a high level of comfort to the cyclist, particularly in warm weather. This design also improves aerodynamics!

The Roc Loc 5-Plus adjustment system with which this model is equipped is an ergonomic and very precise fit. Its ultra-lightweight straps and two rubber adhesive pads ensure glasses are held in place on the front section.
