ERGON SR PRO M/L Carbon Rail Saddle

The ERGON SR Pro Carbon M/L men's saddle is the most comfortable model in the SM range offered by the German brand, suitable for long MTB rides. It is offered here in size M/L, for riders with a sit bone width of 12 to 16 cm.

Measuring 272 mm in length, this model features a Y-shaped anatomical design, narrow at the nose and wide at the rear to ensure good pressure distribution across the entire seating area, avoiding pressure points. Compatible with the MTB riding position, its fairly flat profile and side covering allow complete freedom of movement, while also reducing friction during pedalling.

This saddle is distinguished by its central decompression channel, hollowed out and perforated to maximally relieve the perineal area by transferring loads onto the sit bones and pubic arch. Above all, it uses a lightweight and supple AirCell orthopaedic foam padding, which integrates OrthoCell® inserts (lighter and more resistant than gel) on either side of the central channel in the contact zone, for greater sit bone support.

In this Pro version, the SR saddle is built around a carbon shell mounted on carbon rails. It is also covered with a microfibre coating.
