Description
Lightweight, breathable and enveloping, the ALPINESTARS Vector Tech SS jacket offers you complete upper body protection for your MTB rides.
Its profiled and ergonomic design allows it to fit perfectly under your jersey, and the various panels are intelligently positioned to ensure excellent support. The breathable base in stretch mesh fabric integrates padded inserts on the chest and obliques and removable reinforcements at the shoulders.
The back protector, also removable, adapts perfectly to the curves of your spine for optimal protection. The back of the jacket also features a compartment to store a hydration bladder, as well as a port for the tube. You will also find a pocket on the lower section, to store your phone and energy bars.
The jacket is also compatible with the BNS neck brace for complete protection. Finally, for quick and easy donning, ALPINESTARS has thought to integrate a full-length zip with a flap on the front. A technical, safe, high-performing and well-designed garment!

"The shoulder shells seem thicker than in the photo and will protect well in the event of a fall. The back protection is more than wide enough and goes all the way down to the lower back/rises well up the back, without discomfort. The foam pads on the pecs, on the other hand, are rather thin and won't protect against a front impact, but will prevent scratches if necessary. Taken in L size 1. 80, with 75 kg, it's a good fit. Solid product and good quality (the zip is good), to be seen over time. I'm satisfied."
